Flávia has extensive experience creating visual design solutions across digital, web, social, identity, video and print platforms. Design is constantly evolving, and Flávia is equally comfortable working across a wide range of media, tools and platforms.
Her clients and employers rely on her experience and proven skills at creating conceptual campaigns and assets for user centered solutions. In addition to the previously mentioned abilities, she is also well versed in UX, responsive web, style guide creation and implementation, branding, creative direction, typography, imagery and content marketing. Her work with video editing and content development helps her tell powerful narratives, driven by the choice of media that will be most effective for the setting and required communication. Her work has been the visual face that has helped her employers secure millions of dollars in fundraising and revenue. She knows how to effectively integrate into a design department, or start one from the ground up, with clear and focused thinking, verbal and written communication.
In addition to 10+ years of agency experience and in-house design, Flávia holds a Masters degree in graphic & editorial design from the prestigious Fine Art University of Porto, Portugal, Europe (where she was accepted top of her class) and a post graduate degree in branding from the Catholic University of Paraná State, PUC, Brazil.
